This ad from 1965 introduces the new Bolex 18-5 Super projector for Super 8 film. It would take another two years for Bolex to develop their first Super 8 camera. Although Bolex wasn't able to take advantage of the new camera market, they were at least able to offer a projector. The advertisement reads:
"...Bolex feels that whether you use regular 8mm or the new Super 8 film, you're entitled to a projector that does more than just project."
